Refund policy

We take great care to ensure all products meet our high standards, as such, returns are only available in case of damaged goods. If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible, by emailing us at sales@babeez.in

If the fault is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Do note that returns have to be undertaken at the cost of the customer.

Items once washed are no longer eligible for return.

Items on sale or bought under ongoing/previous offers are not eligible for return.
